Strange - Band on the Wall are doing tickets @ £13 advance. Got a link to the relevant shoob.com web page (couldn't see a search facility)?

Thanks. They must have made a mistake - Band on the Wall quote £15 for 'general admission', i.e. non-early-bird. Best get in quick!

Just saw that too. Well Blakamix is selling the LP cheaper then many other online sellers.

But not sure who is really actually going to pay over £100.00 for a new released hyped double vinyl release.

I got a message from Rory a few days ago to say he has 95 copies left in London so no need to pay that much. His email address is in this thread.

Iv been hearing a female vocal cut on this riddim twice at Dub Camp.

I thought it sounded nicer than Samory I's version.

Any info on this female vocal cut? Or just dubplate......

Female vocal cut- is this the Rasta nah gangsta riddim? If so the song is called war inna africa- Odelyah

I think there is another female version by Kristine Alicia whom Rory recorded a great album with last year too.

The Odelya cut is available as a download here - and no doubt elsewhere (see last two tracks) https://www.reggaerecord.com/download/e ... _id=784154 .

Tickets for this have now been reduced to £8.00. Must be struggling with sales. Anybody in the north west should try and reach this, would be rude not too at that price.

Saw Samory I & The Black Heart Band live for the second time this Saturday, very good again, much recommended.

There is a new track released, "For He Reigns": http://soundcloud.com/dubshot/for-he-re ... i-main-mix
Whole EP (two additional versions): http://open.spotify.com/album/64P4hCUS7 ... ibcxiXhfBg

I don't think these newer songs (this and "Call On Jah") are as good as the RoryStoneLove material though.

The Rasta Nuh Gangsta EP which also has Odelyah's "War Inna Africa" (plus a dub and alternate mix of the Samory I vocal) can also be heard here: http://open.spotify.com/album/2wLiQy8VS ... D1jsyp5CHQ

Two songs on the Kristine Alicia album (Zion) share backing tracks with songs on Black Gold, but not that one.

Samory I "Is It Because I'm Black" <> Kristine Alicia "Rising Sun"

Samory I "Serve Jah" <> Kristine Alicia "Blessed"

The different versions of both have musical elements not present in the other mix (different solos etc.) so not just remixes of the same music.
